Travis Pattern & Foundry is one of the largest producers of aluminum castings west of the Mississippi and has been family owned since 1922. Travis Pattern specializes in Permanent Mold casting of Aluminum and Sand Casting of Aluminum, Copper and Iron. We utilize over 150 Static and Tilt-Pour Permanent Mold Machines and 5 automatic molding lines for Sand Casting. We also utilize manual molding machines for our smaller volume projects which gives us the ability to match your project to the ideal molding technology to produce the best casting possible from a quality, delivery and cost perspective. We are a true one stop shop, possessing in-house: Engineering, Pattern, Tool & Die facilities, Core-making, Heat-Treating, Pressure Testing, CNC Finish Machining, Paint & Powder Coating and a host of other secondary processes to provide you with a finished part. Deco Products is the 2nd largest zinc die-caster in North America. We have 89 die-cast machines ranging in size from 14 to 500 tons. We have proprietary production lines that allow us to be competitive with overseas on cost and quality systems that make us second to none. We are certified to a Six Sigma level of 3.0, have two in-house black belts and regularly hold Kaizen events in our facility. DECO has in-house design engineering, CNC machining, powder-coating and specializes in delivering sub-assembled components.
