Deco Products is the 2nd largest zinc die-caster in North America. We have 89 die-cast machines ranging in size from 14 to 500 tons. We have proprietary production lines that allow us to be competitive with overseas on cost and quality systems that make us second to none. We are certified to a Six Sigma level of 3.0, have two in-house black belts and regularly hold Kaizen events in our facility. Batesville Products is one of the largest Permanent Mold foundries in the US with 31 machines and has some of the largest tilt-pour machines in existence. BPi pours Aluminum and Zinc Perm. Mold castings from ounces to 150 lbs. We specialize in castings that are difficult to produce due to geometry, visual requirement or size. We supply heavily to the Medical, Heavy Truck, Furniture and Commercial Lighting industries, but have a presence in a very broad range of markets. We have in-house design engineering, tooling and an extensive CNC machining facility. If you have requirements for medium to large Aluminum or Zinc castings with low-medium annual volumes, you need to check us out. |
